Order Confirmation

Order Acceptance

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason without any liability to you.

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information regarding your order. The dispatch confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly via email. If we have already received payment for your order, we will refund the purchase amount.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and bank transfers. Please note that your card is charged with the purchase amount after we send you the order confirmation email.

You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the cardholder to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to BIANCO E BIANCA DESIGN, your order will be canceled.

We are not responsible for any fees or penalties that may be imposed by your payment provider as a result of processing the payment for your order.

Shipping

Please note that delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin from the dispatch date. Delivery times do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact contact@biancoebianca.com subject line "Return" or "Exchange" and include your order reference number. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label. Please place the label over the original shipping label and drop it off at the nearest delivery point.

All items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

You will receive your refund via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, with the return shipping fee deducted from the original amount.

If you purchased our items from one of our retail partner locations, any return must be processed according to that retailer's exchange and return policy.

Claims

If your item is damaged, please contact contact@biancoebianca.com and include images of the damage.

Resale

You may purchase products from www.biancoebianca.com solely for personal use or as a gift, and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use and accept these Terms and Conditions.
